The Rewind Retreat is inspired by the belief that before the world told us who we should be, we moved through life with greater curiosity, creativity, and trust in ourselves. The name is a reminder that growth isn't always about becoming someone new—sometimes it's about remembering who you've been all along.

Through wonder, sisterhood, and self-discovery, The Rewind Retreat invites women to reconnect with a childlike sense of awe, rediscover the beauty of meaningful connection, and remember what makes them feel most alive.

As children, we explored because we were curious, and created because we loved the process more than the outcome. Somewhere along the way, we began to measure our worth by productivity, perfection, or performance.

Our Permission to Play experiences are designed to help you reconnect with that childlike sense of wonder. Through playful, hands-on activities, you'll be invited to create, explore, and experience something simply for the joy of it—without the pressure to get it right or impress anyone. Every experience is thoughtfully chosen not for what you produce, but for how it invites you to feel: curious, connected, and fully present.

Whether wandering through emerald rice fields, discovering hidden corners of the island, or sharing unforgettable moments together, these experiences are designed to inspire wonder, encourage exploration, and deepen connection with the women beside you.

While Discovery Days invite you to explore the world around you, Soul Sessions invite you to explore the world within.

These are thoughtfully designed workshops that invite you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Here, space is created to quiet the noise, listen to your inner voice, and remember who you were before the world told you who you should be.

Every element of The Rewind Retreat has been thoughtfully designed to support your journey. From yoga and meditation to Discovery Days and Soul Sessions, each activity builds upon the next to create a meaningful week of wonder, sisterhood, and self-discovery.

For that reason, we encourage guests to participate in the full experience whenever possible.

While we hope you'll experience the retreat in its entirety, we believe one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is the freedom to honour what you need in the moment. If you choose to sit out an activity, we simply ask that you let us know. After all, The Rewind Retreat is an invitation to slow down—not to keep up.

Yes.

While each day includes curated experiences and activities, there is also time to relax, explore, swim in the pool, book a spa treatment, journal, or simply do nothing at all.

The retreat includes gentle yoga, hiking, walking, and sightseeing. A moderate level of mobility is recommended, but no advanced fitness experience is required.
